• Job Responsibilities:
  Become the subject matter expert in assigned tasks and process improvements through efforts such as digitisation and/or automation
• Lead, coach, review and supervise a team of finance staff
• Perform and coordinate month-end closing activities, review of schedules and reconciliations
• Provide accurate, timely reporting and analysis of monthly financial information
• Assist to coordinate and respond to periodical surveys from various government entities
• Assist in responding to external auditors for yearly audit
• Assist to prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Assist to prepare annual corporate tax submission
• To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible with your own safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in audit and/or corporate accounting role
• At least 3 years’ of supervisory experience in managing people
• Knowledge in Oracle EBS Accounting Module and Hyperion is an advantage
• Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possesses a growth mindset and a curiosity to find out how things work and see the bigger picture
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
