Schedule of Value (SOV) Preparation : Reports related duties for customer and vendors
Purchase Order (PO) and Project Closeout
Asset Under Construction (AUC) Settlement
CPM Maintenance: Project creation related duties
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in General Accounting experience in a shared service environment is preferable, in construction industry
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Have experience using SAP or similar ERP system that integrates accounting/general ledger systems will be added advantage
Understanding and execution of accrual and reversal of accrual
Understanding and execution of journals : Well versed in double entries
Reconciliation between the supporting documents to Balance Sheet and General Ledgers
Candidates must be able to work on rotating shift including Night Shift
Candidates must be able to read MANDARIN documents
Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions (Formulation, Pivot, Tracking)
Candidates can be located anywhere within Semenanjung Malaysia.
Candidates must have home Internet (Wifi) connection. WFH (work from home) role.
This is a full time contract position and yearly renewable.
